How Does Community Solar Work?

Community Solar provides residents access to discounted energy that is generated from an off-site solar project Building owners who do not have the capacity to utilize the energy on-site, can lease their rooftop for solar development purposes. Prism Solar manages the acquisition, connection and ongoing subscription management, and segment customers to tranches which are used to mitigate credit risk on individual assets.
